Returns

We understand as humans sometimes we change our mind, we give you 14 days from the date of purchase to return you product if you change your mind, however please bare in mind that that it needs to be returned to us unopened and unused we will refund you the price of the item excluding any postage costs, we will require a covering letter, a copy of your invoice and the reason as to why you’re returning it

Sale Items and Gift Cards

We cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards, only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, please call us or drop us an email to [email protected] explaining why you would like an exchange.

A Few Extra Bits Worth Noting

You are responsible for paying for return of our goods, all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us, use of a trackable service with insurance is recommended
