Ingredients: Chamomile blossoms

Weight: 20g

Brewing Instructions

Place a generous amount, depending on whether you’re using a teapot or cup put approximately a tea spoon for a cup or a table spoon for a teapot. Pour boiling water over the chamomile and cover, generally when you’re brewing tea you always want to cover it as this helps to fully release the oils and matricin from the flower, enhancing the taste and medicinal components of your cup of tea.

Like with many things in life we all like things differently so the strength of the tea boils down to how much you put in and how long you steep it for? the longer you steep it the bitter it will be, we prefer it quite light and don’t steep it for too long.
